I am blown away by the service and the quality of the Fly River Turtle I received from Florida Man Reptiles. This Turtle is above excellent. She is active incredibly alert and acclimated to her new habitat almost immediately. Her shell is perfectly smooth with no scratches or damage she is in pristine condition. It is clear she was raised with expert care. The shipping was incredibly secure and handled with the utmost care. She was packed in a secure box with appropriate insulation and the aquatic container inside was perfect. The water was clean and the temp was perfect resulting in zero stress for the turtle. It was clear that they prioritize safety above all else. Trenton was my contact and unbelievably happily responsive to all my questions about setup temperature feeding and even provided me with pics and a video as I awaited shipping.
